Hybrid Diet May Lower Risk of Alzheimer’s Disease

Avoid: red meat, butter, cheese, pastries, sweets, and fried & fast food. Eat: green, leafy veggies, other veggies, nuts, berries, beans, whole grains, fish, poultry, olive oil, and wine (1 glass/day). The removal and addition of these foods help protect the brain against Alzheimer’s disease!
